How long will my order take to arrive?

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page which is true for most cities in India. Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the products are shipped.

Products are not shipped on Sundays and public holidays

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call us or email us at (enquiry@ssswitchgears.com) mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that your concern is resolved at the earliest. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
